Please join us for an opportunity to look at best practices and to discuss parish ideas for cultivating and forming new parish leaders.  One of the challenges articulated in the Synod is that many of our parishes are relying on the same small body of dedicated lay leaders; how do we invite new people to step forward and recognize the fundamental call to leadership that is asked of all baptized?
