Lectio Divina Workshop

The Centering Prayer Group of St. Paul Parish, Greenwich, invites you to a Lectio Divina Workshop presented by Diane Harkin, Wednesday, April 18,  from 7-9 p.m. in the St. Paul Parish Center
84 Sherwood Ave., corner of Rt. 120A (King St.) and Sherwood Ave., Greenwich. Registration opens at 6:30 pm.

Lectio Divina is one of the great treasures of our prayer tradition. It means “Divine Reading” and is the prayerful reading of Scripture that deepens our personal relationship with God. It is a way of listening to the text of Scripture as if we were in a conversation with God and He was suggesting the topic of conversation. It calls us to rest in His transforming presence and teaches us who God is and who we are. Lectio Divina changes our hearts and makes us more like Him!
Registration begins at 6:30 pm.  Coffee, tea and cookies will be served at registration
