Special Adoration in honor of Fr. Kornél Fábry's request to USA Hungarian Catholic communities @ St. Emery Church

The feast of Corpus Christi will be celebrated on Thursday, June 20th this year. In preparation for the 52nd International Eucharistic Congress in Budapest in September 2020, Péter Erdő Cardinal, Primate, Archbishop of Esztergom-Budapest, invites Catholics to take part in the 1-hour worldwide adoration in Catholic communities at the same time as it is happening in Hungary <June 22nd 5-6 p.m. Hungarian time>, to relive together the regenerating love of God.

Last year 1700 worldwide communities prayed together at the same time and an interactive map showed the locations on the worldwide web. This year we already have 3000 Catholic communities registered in Hungary and worldwide.

The kind request from Father Kornél Fábry, Secretary General of the 52nd International Eucharistic Congress, is to please: Schedule a Saturday, June 22nd (Hungarian local time 5-6 p.m. 9-10 a.m. EST, or 10-11 a.m. CT, or 11-12 a.m. MT, or 12-1 p.m. Pacific Time or as close as possible timing) “Feast of Corpus Christi worldwide Adoration” in your Hungarian-American Catholic community and register the location on the interactive worldwide map in advance: https://corpusdomini.iec2020.hu/#/

In Dallas, Fr. Julius Lelóczky from the Cistercian Abbey, will lead the 1-hour community prayer. We would love to know if your Hungarian-American community is joining as well.
