Diaconate Discovery Evening: On Thursday, January 30 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM, our St. Mary Men’s Ministry will be hosting Deacon Tim Bolton, Vocations Coordinator for the Diocese of Bridgeport, in the Church Hall for a discussion on the role of the permanent deacon in our Church today, and on the diaconate discernment and formation process. Have you ever wondered if you were being “called” to discern the diaconate? Has someone – perhaps a member of clergy or a friend or family member – ever mentioned to you that they can see you as a deacon someday? Do you feel that God is calling you to live your faith differently, perhaps as a deacon? Please join us to explore these and other questions you may have!
