St. Anthony of Padua Morning of Reflection for Women

St. Anthony’s will be offering Sacred Spaces: A Lenten Morning of Reflection for Women, led by Dr. Elaine Ramshaw, a Lutheran laywoman who has taught pastoral care in seminaries for many years and is now a Spiritual Director and Art Instructor at Yale Divinity School. Elaine will lead us in discovering ways we have, and continue to, encounter God in our lives, some of which are surprising! We are inviting women from other local churches through the Council of Churches of Greater Bridgeport, and we anticipate an interesting and inspirational experience. This time of reflection will take place on Saturday, March 4, the first Saturday of Lent, from 9 am until 1 pm, in the Parish Hall. There is no charge for this event, but we do need an RSVP in order to prepare for the lovely brunch that will be provided! And, in keeping with Pope Francis’ enjoinder to serve others, we ask that you bring a gift card in any denomination to benefit the women served by the Mercy Learning Center in Bridgeport.
