TRUMBULL—As Lent begins, Bishop Frank J. Caggiano will welcome the men and women in the diocese who are on the journey toward full communion with the Catholic Church. The Rite of Election and Call to Continuing Conversion, the next formal step on that journey, will take place Sunday, March 6, 2:30 pm at St. Theresa Church in Trumbull.
